Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, we do not accept returns for:

Refunds for damaged/defective items
Once your claim is approved, we will:

Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
(Some banks may take longer)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages
If the package does not arrive within 45 business days,
you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
